Creative Closets provide you with a guaranteed 30-day money-back option after the installation date as long as the materials weren’t damaged. Or you can refund the payment prior to the installation as long as we haven’t fabricated the materials or started the manufacturing process.
Can I move my storage system as I move?
Absolutely, as Creative Closets provide you with a top-notch installing and disassembling service.
Also, our storage systems as re-adjustable and could be assembled and disassembled.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the time required to install and clean, and to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, we schedule a date and an estimated period prior to the installation visit, and we commit to adhere to the date and period as scheduled.
When will the design of my space be available? When will I see it?
Within 2-3 days after the free consultation session, as we take the required space measurements along with your design preferences and come up with an identical design to what will be manufactured and installed.
How much do your storage systems cost?
It depends on the storage area size, design and your selected specifications. Also, we always make sure to not exceed the budget you set. No need to worry about the cost.
What is the process of customizing a storage system?
Site visit for measurements, Designing, material choices, quotation, fabrication and installation within the scheduled period.
There is no showroom where I live, can I still purchase a system and meet with a design consultant?
